On May 23, 2018, the next training workshop by Azerbaijani American Medical Association (AAMA) was held. The training was conducted by an experienced trainer Elgun Mammadov, Executive Director and Board Member of AAMA. The aim of the training was to train the students and other interested individuals on the soft skills needed to achieve their career goals. During the training, presentation, public speaking, interview skills, as well as CV/Resume and cover letter preparation skills were communicated to the students.
At the end of the seminar, Elgun Mammadov announced the names of the winners of the AAMA Scholarship and Mentorship Program. Naila Shiraliyeva, the student of Azerbaijan Medical University won both stages of the Scholarship Program and awarded the reimbursement of the registration fees and study materials of USMLE examination.
